“Teaching the practice of wellness.”

I am a teacher; I come from 2 generations of educators. As the son of a medical doctor, I offer the best of natural and scientific remedies for you and your family’s wellness. We can test and correct imbalances at the core of your body’s ecosystem.

My clinical practice provides education, services, and guidance for the wellbeing of your mind body and spirit. In my clinic, wellness is established by fostering healthy relationships with self, family, community, and environment. I use the instruments of Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbal medicine), Functional Medicine, and Native Indigenous Medicine to align these relationships for optimal health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete body of natural therapies based in ancient wisdom from Asia. Acupuncture and herbal remedies are the main tools of this system.

Energy, or qi, moves through our bodies in pathways known as meridians. When we are in a state of wellness, energy moves freely to all parts of our bodies, powering and providing vitality to our organs for their proper function. If that energy becomes blocked or deficient, we may experience illness, fatigue, pain, and discomfort. Acupuncture is the insertion of sterile, single-use, hair-like needles into points along meridians to release stagnation and restore vital energy flow. Herbs act in a supplementary way to facilitate the desired outcome or result.
